Works are well underway for Stage 2 at our Australind Village, with 48 new Lots currently being developed with expectations that these Lots will be completed by the end of September. All Lots at Edenlife Villages are fully serviced including but not limited to high speed internet, FTTP and embedded energy network providing free power.
We were also delighted to be announced as a finalist in the Judge’s Award (Russel Perry Award for Urban Development Excellence) across all categories. Great result for the Lester Group, Edenlife team and for all of our partners as we grow the business and our reputation as a developer of quality assets for older Australians.

Last Monday the Edenlife lawn bowling green got its first proper workout as we hosted a mixed pairs bowls tournament. Invited were several teams from five surrounding bowls clubs, Eaton, Binningup, Collie, Harvey and Brunswick competing for the top prize of $500. Each team played 4 games with 6 ends each, Collie finished in first
The Edenlife clubhouse grand opening is approaching at the end of this month with the team working hard on organising this huge milestone. Preparations include managing the important task of parking on the day. We are expecting many visitors on the day to witness the Hon. Mick Murray officially open the clubhouse around 10.30 am
Over the last week Edenlife has hosted two sneak peek events. We welcomed over 70 guests between Saturday the 26th and Wednesday the 30th of September who attended the pre-launch and sundowner events. This consisted of a tour of the beautiful new clubhouse and the stunning new display homes. Guests enjoyed light refreshments and nibbles
