A change in CEO
After 6 years of dedicated service, Bill Marshall will be stepping down as CEO of Edenlife Communities, effective 31st December 2024. But Bill is not going anywhere, he is still very much committed to Edenlife, but is reducing his time and responsibility.
The Lester Group directors and the Edenlife Communities team are incredibly grateful for Bill’s visionary leadership and the significant contributions he has made to the establishment and growth of Edenlife and the Lester Group in general.
Under his leadership, we have achieved some enviable milestones with the growth of Edenlife and we look forward to building on his strong foundation.
Darryl Marshall (no relation to Bill) will be taking up the role as CEO, effective 1st January 2025 and will lead Edenlife to bigger and better things in his own style. Darryl is not new to Edenlife, having joined 12 months ago and we look forward to working together under his leadership.
During this transition, Bill will remain within the business as a Director of Edenlife and will support Darryl during his transition to ensure a smooth handover and continuity in the development and operations of Edenlife.
Collectively, the Lester Group directors and the entire Edenlife Communities team wish to extend their sincere thanks to Bill for his commitment, support and leadership over the past 6 years and wish him all the best for a more restful daily pace with his wife Gill.
