📢 Edenlife Byford is happening! 🎉
Site works at our newest community are underway, bringing the Edenlife lifestyle one step closer to the Perth metro area.
Located in the Perth foothills, at the corner of Briggs and Thomas Roads, the Byford community will offer the same enviable lifestyle as that enjoyed by residents of our inaugural Edenlife community in Australind.
The site has a picturesque outlook and is bordered by natural bushland forever to its eastern boundary and a bushland corridor featuring walking trails to its southern boundary.
Working closely with an arborist, under an approved development plan, we were able to retain a number of large mature trees throughout the site. Our final landscaping plan includes the planting of many trees and plants to the streetscapes, community gardens and front gardens of each home to ensure an abundance of native flora is introduced back to the site.
As this area is active with Black Cockatoos, we are also working closely with Landcare SJ Inc to install a number of nesting boxes to trees in both bushland corridors to replenish nesting locations for the cockatoos. You can read more about Landcare SJ’s work in the community here.
