Sign an agreement. A second deposit of $2,000 is required.
See It, Love It
Most homes are fully designed and ready for you to view, walk through the finished home, or explore detailed plans and finishes if it's still under construction. Prefer to make your own selections? A traditional prestart may be available on request.
Confirm & Finalise
Confirm your home is ready to go, sign off any final details, and pay the $2,500 deposit.
