Edenlife Byford Welcomes New Residents

Momentum is building at Edenlife Byford, and we’re excited to share the latest progress as our vibrant over-50s community continues to come to life.

Four homes have now reached practical completion, with landscaping works nearing their final touch, requiring only rear fencing. Even more exciting, three of these homes are already welcoming their new residents, marking another wonderful step toward creating a warm, connected neighbourhood.

The fourth completed home will soon become the hub of the community: it will house our Community Manager’s office and serve as our display home, offering visitors an inviting first glimpse into what life at Edenlife Byford has to offer.

Construction is also progressing on two additional homes, with availability anticipated for mid to late February. One of these homes is already sold, while the other—Lot 73, the Mallee—is now available.

Looking ahead, footings are now in place for the next five homes. Two are scheduled for delivery this week, with three more arriving in the first week of January. Four of these have been sold, with the remaining home—Lot 3, the Jarrah—currently for sale.

As the community grows, Edenlife’s commitment to the environment remains front of mind. You’ll notice the impressive trees that have been preserved throughout the site—these natural features not only enhance the beauty of the community but also reflect our dedication to sustainable, respectful development.

With more homes taking shape and our first residents settling in, Edenlife Byford is transforming into the welcoming, connected and low-maintenance lifestyle community we envisioned. We can’t wait to see it continue to flourish.
