Project update - site works underway
Site works are underway, bringing the Edenlife lifestyle one step closer to the Perth metro area.
Working closely with an aborist, under an approved development plan, we were able to retain a number of large mature trees throughout the site.
There is a corridor of forever bush located at the eastern boundary of the site, with a bushland corridor that features walking trails to the southern boundary.
Landscaping on the completed site will include the planting of many trees and plants to the streetscapes, community gardens and front gardens of each home to ensure an abundance of native flora is introduced back to the site.
We are also working with Landscare SJ Inc to install a number of nesting boxes for the Black Cockatoos that are active in the area. They will be located across both bushland corridors to replenish nesting locations for the cockatoos.

Norm Jones, Sales Manager
