Byford’s newest lifestyle community for over 50’s is really starting to take shape and we’re excited to share with you the latest pics and progress of Edenlife Byford.
The site is now cleared, with all the retained trees fenced off to ensure they are protected from vehicles as they move about the site.
The importation of fill has commenced and will continue into the new year.
The images below show the first stage of trenching works – in this case, sewer trenching – which is approximately 90% complete. Most of the accompanying pipework has been laid and portions of fill have been compacted into the completed areas.
Once the sewer trenching is complete, work will start on the water/fire mains and draining.
