Project Update
The progress of the Edenlife Margaret River lifestyle community continues, with the design of the clubhouse and community facilities well advanced although still being reviewed and tweaked to ensure we offer only the best facility to our residents.
Offering 153 sites, the development is in the final stages of the approvals process and we anticipate that first homes will be delivered mid 2026 (subject to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, contractor availability and approvals).
With design of the community facilities nearing sign off, once the development has final approvals in place, their construction will be amongst the first activities onsite, with a completion date of approximately 12 months.
